There are many ingredients or specific products, but you have to remember that the diet should be balanced. So that you don't destroy your stomach in a few months.

For me, one of such products is puff pastry with various additions.

Tacos definitely. There's a Mexican restaurant right across the street from my work that I'll go to for lunch. I guarantee several lbs of my gain are from them alone

My shakes cause the most gain i think. Chris has a new goal for me. Peanut butter mixed with powdered sugar. The fat and sugar are a lot of empty calories. It's easy to eat and i love the texture.

For me it’s pizza, I used to get a pizza every once in a while on Fridays now I regularly kill two large pizzas every Friday (if not more)

But honestly food delivery just in general has made me explode.

There’s something to the idea of getting a mountain of food delivered to where you live and it’s completely anonymous for the most part. It (almost) completely removes the perceived social ick of being a glutton.
